When will my game ship?

Most orders for only in-stock games ship within 7 business days.

Orders will be held until all items are available to ship. Placing an order with all in stock items will result in the fastest service. Including a pre-ordered item along with in-stock items will delay the shipment.

You'll have the option to select a shipping method within the cart. The shipping times indicate how long the package will be traveling to you once it is packed and picked up by the mail service. We are often see service disruptions around holidays, so please plan for your package to possibly take a few days longer than the shipping time alone and allow extra time.

Release dates vary by country due to variations in worldwide shipping times. The dates listed are the expected street dates for the games, when they're likely to be found in local retail stores. While we aren't always able to perfectly time the shipping of our pre-order copies, we do our best to send them in time to arrive on or just before the street date. Release dates are subject to change as we receive updated information about when containers of games are going to arrive in our warehouses.
