When will my game ship?Updated a year ago
Within the US, most orders for only in-stock games ship within 7 business days.
Orders will be held until all items are available to ship. Placing an order with all in stock items will result in the fastest service. Including a pre-ordered item along with in-stock items will delay the shipment.
You'll have the option to select a shipping method within the cart. The shipping times indicate how long the package will be traveling to you once it is packed and picked up by the mail service. Please note that we are often see service disruptions around holidays, so please plan for your package to possibly take a few days longer than the shipping time alone.
For orders in our EU or UK stores, shipping times vary and may be delayed. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for in-stock items to start moving. Actual delivery times vary greatly based on country.
