My PDF isn't working quite right. What can I do?Updated 2 days ago

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your PDF. We've noted some common tips and tricks below to help you set these up to work best for you:

* PDFs work differently in different browsers and can also function differently depending on your individual settings and options selected on your device. We encourage you to access a PDF via a different browser or device to see if that corrects any issues you're experiencing. The user experience can vary quite a bit, and hopefully you'll be able to find a combination that best fits your needs!

* If the page numbers you try to jump to in Chrome (possibly other PDF readers too) are off from the page numbers on the page (i.e. you type in page 86 to jump there and end up at page 88), that's because Chrome doesn't recognize that the front and back cover are custom numbered pages (roman numerals i and ii). We aren't able to fix this on our end, but anyone who loves reading PDFs in Chrome can find multiple options for plug-ins to make Chrome function more like Acrobat and other PDF readers.

* If you are having difficulty viewing bookmarks, you may need to open the bookmarks bar when you open a new file.
