Where Orders Will Ship From
- Previously: Orders were shipped from our EU warehouse.
Now: Orders for Switzerland and Norway will ship from our UK warehouse.
This change should not affect shipping times or product availability, but it does mean that future orders will be handled through our UK webstore instead of the EU one.
What This Means for Your Account
Unfortunately, our regional webstores are not connected.
If you live in Switzerland or Norway and have previously ordered through our EU webstore, you’ll need to create a new account on the UK webstore for future orders.
Your EU account login will not work on the UK site.
No Action Needed for Pre-Orders
If you already have pre-orders placed, don’t worry — those will still be shipped correctly. No changes are required on your part for existing orders.
Rewards Points
If you’ve collected rewards points on your EU account and would like them transferred to your new UK account, just reach out to our support team. We’ll be happy to assist with the transfer.
