I'm receiving an error message that "items in your cart can't be shipped to your location". Can this be fixed?Updated 2 months ago

We're sorry to hear that you're receiving an error message when attempting to check out. Please follow the steps below to place your order if possible.

1) Ensure that you are on the correct website for your shipping location. 

  •  We currently operate 3 web stores, including the US, EU and UK. The US webstore currently ships to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The EU ships to the EU, and the UK ships to the UK. You can switch to the store which will ship to your territory via the 6 round flag icons in the upper left of a page. Inventory varies by store.

2) Check your shipping address 

  • Ensure that there are no typos or unusual abbreviations in the address. 

3) Try breaking your large order out into two separate orders. 

  • This error message sometimes happens when an order weighs over 150 lbs. Unfortunately, our system isn't able to process orders that weight over 150 lbs unless they also meet the $1500 free shipping threshold. 
  • Either divide this shipment into two orders, each weighing less than 150 lbs, or create one large shipment that costs more than $1500 and you'll receive free shipping and the error will disappear.
