I am moving, how do I change my address for a pre-order?Updated a year ago

In most cases, we won't be able to update your address for in-stock items. Orders begin processing as soon as you place your order. 

For pre-orders we will update addresses whenever possible to ensure the correct delivery. If you might be moving soon, please check out our release dates page here and make sure you notify us of the change before the game is shipped.  Pre-orders are often prepared to ship a few weeks before the release so be sure to let us know your new address as soon as you can!

To update your address:

1. Login to your account.
2. Add the new address to your account (this will not affect existing orders).
3. Contact Us and let us know about the change so that we can apply the new address to your existing order.
