How long does it take to refund or cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Once we receive your refund request, please allow 2 business days for us to respond and approve the request. Once we've issued you a refund for an order, we'll send you an email to let you know. Your Renegade Game Studios account should immediately show that the order has been refunded. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed through your financial institution. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
