FedEx is charging me additional customs fees to deliver my order to Canada. What should I do?

Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number as well as a picture or receipt for any additional fees you've paid to receive your package from FedEx. We will look into this further while we work with FedEx directly to resolve the issue.
