PDF Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable PDFs: Once a PDF has been released, it is not refundable.
  • PDF + Physical Game Bundles: Some pre-orders include a PDF at no extra cost. These bundles can only be refunded before the PDF is released. If the PDF has already been released, the bundle is non-refundable.
  • No Partial Refunds: We cannot issue partial refunds for bundles that include PDFs. Once a PDF in a bundle is released, the entire bundle is non-refundable.

Tip: If you only want the PDF, we recommend waiting until it’s available for individual purchase.
