We’re sorry to hear that your awarded points are less than expected. There are a few reasons why this may happen:
Order Shipment: Reward points are added to your account only once an order has shipped. If your order has been delivered, but you don’t see the points in your account, please reach out to us at [email protected] to ensure your account is updated correctly. This issue can sometimes occur after a partial refund or if changes were made to your order that affected its status.
Discounts, Coupons, and Refunds: Point totals for completed orders are reduced by the value of any coupon, discount, or refund applied to the order. This includes reductions for free shipping if a free shipping coupon was used.
Non-Rewardable Amounts: Tax, VAT, and shipping costs for your order are not eligible for reward points.
